Newsletter No. 27 / June 2020

Dear Readers,

Teamwork and transport: these are the research topics we present in the current newsletter. The IFA researches how digitization is changing interaction in teams – and what this means for managers. The ITA is working on a novel drive concept for belt conveyors and the IPH is researching how to automate the planning of factory layouts and transport systems.

The dominating topic of recent months – the Coronavirus COVID-19 – also affects production research in Hanover. Most of our scientific work is currently being done in the home office. And we support companies with consulting and qualification, especially in times of crisis.

We hope you enjoy reading the new issue!
