Workshop imparts method knowledge for the 3D construction

LZH | How to gain maximum benefit of Additive Manufacturing? A decisive factor is the construction. Method knowledge for the planning, design and implementation will be shared at the workshop “Konstruktion für die Additive Fertigung” in Hannover on 17 September 2019.

Many products, tools and prototypes are already produced by Additive Manufacturing. 3D printing, often referred to as Additive Manufacturing, offers almost unlimited flexibility in terms of the geometry of the components and the materials used. In order to fully exploit these degrees of freedom, novel construction methods are required. Thus, for example, the topology and the specific characteristics of series components can be optimally adapted to the requirements.
Valuable method knowledge for the successful integration of Additive Manufacturing processes into existing production environments will be provided by the workshop "Konstruktion für die Additive Fertigung" on September 17, 2019 at the LZH in Hanover. For the fourth time, the LZH and the Institute for Product Development and Equipment Engineering (IPeG) of Leibniz Universität Hannover are hosting this event together.
The workshop will be held in German.
